BREAKFAST

Cantaloupe, Ginger, Basil Smoothie with Toasted Wholegrain Bagel, Raw Nut Butter and Sliced Banana


LUNCH

Grilled Shrimp on a Coconut Lime Stix with Baby Arugula, Sunflower Seeds and Pineapple Vinaigrette

Pan Seared Diver Scallops with a "Minted Salad" of Fava Beans, Peas and Balsamic Drizzle


DINNER

Grilled Chicken with Lemon and Garlic on  Wheat Penne with "Pesto"

Slow Roasted Salmon and Orange Braised Endive with Lentils
