FBI Releases New Whitey Bulger Video

The FBI released nearly three minutes of video featuring fugitive mobster James "Whitey" Bulger. The video is nearly 25 years old, but has never been seen by the public.

The 25-year-old video was released in March of 2006. The FBI is hoping Bulger's gestures and mannerisms will help lead to his capture.
