Remembering The Station Nightclub Tragedy

It has been five years since the tragic fire at the Station Nightclub in Rhode Island. One-hundred people died in the blaze, which was started by pyrotechnics used during a band performance.

Five years after the fire, temporary tributes still cover the nightclub site in West Warwick. Plans for a permanent memorial were announced February 17, 2008.
