Just in time for the Boston Marathon, Executive Chef Peter Eco of Stix Restaurant has created an entire menu to help a runner get all the vitamins, nutrients and fats needed to stay healthy and strong for the big day. The formula behind his meals is 60 percent complex carbohydrates, 25 percent protein and 15 percent fat. And the best part is, all of the food taste great!
