Soaps Update

NEW YORK (CBS) ― Here are the daily soap opera summaries for "The Young and the Restless," "The Bold and the Beautiful," "As The World Turns," and "Guiding Light."

THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS

Lily overhears Cane making a phone call to Langley and doesn't buy his cover story so she checks his phone logs and finds that he has been calling Langley nonstop for days. Meanwhile, Nina meets with Neil and fills him in about her suspicions surrounding Cane. Neil is skeptical but hears her out for Lily's sake. Cane sweats as the nurse prepares to take the blood for the D.N.A. With everyone's eyes on him, Cane looks for a way to switch the vials of blood. Later, Nina and Lily get into an argument and Cane uses the distraction to switch the vials.

Sharon explains to Jack that Nick doesn't know that he isn't the father of the baby yet because Summer is in hospital, in a coma. Victor gets a picture message of him and Mary Jane, asking him to be at Jimmy's in one hour. At Jimmy's, Victor lets Jeff hang himself when he realizes that Jeff believes Mary Jane is a high-class hooker. Jeff tries to blackmail Victor into paying himself, Gloria and Jill off. Victor responds for him to take a hike and on his way out makes it clear to Gloria that she just chose the wrong team. Mary Jane stuns Phyllis when she informs her that Jack is the father of Sharon's baby. Later, Mary Jane sees how deeply bonded Phyllis and Jack still are and starts making plans to keep Phyllis from Jack. Meanwhile, Victor goes to Jill about Jeff's accusations and Jill offers to stop Jeff for a job at Newman Enterprises. However, Victor refuses to give her a job and pushes her further by suggesting that Jill won't leave Genoa City because she doesn't want to leave Kay. Phyllis lets it slip to Nick that he isn't the father of the baby and Nick immediately takes off to find Sharon. Later, Mary Jane accidentally, on purpose, lets Heather overhear her suspicions that Phyllis was the one who hurt Summer in order to get Nick's attention. Heather immediately starts investigating Munchausen's Syndrome. Nick goes to the chapel and finds Sharon. Nick is gutted when she confirms that Jack is the father. Nick asks her if it is a girl and she informs him it is but not his girl.


AS THE WORLD TURNS

Dusty goes to apologize to Meg but it turns into another argument and they end up breaking up for good. Meanwhile, Paul decides to capitalize on the dust up between Dusty and Damian by going to the dock, announcing to the harbor master he works for Dusty and cutting a fuel line on one of Damian's ships. When Damian finds out, he charges after Dusty and they get into another fight in front of Meg, who has been visiting Barbara with the baby. Paul takes Meg home to get her out of the melee, and agrees with her that Dusty and Damian's competitiveness is toxic. Meanwhile, Dusty divulges to Bonnie that he regrets backing off from Damian and this is war.

Casey is upset that Margo hasn't told Tom that Riley is Adam and threatens to do it himself. Riley appeals to him, explaining that taking on a new identity was an accidental circumstance that started with the military misidentifying him. Riley insists he wants to be a different, better person, but Casey is not appeased. Casey returns to Margo who begs him to give her some time to enjoy both her sons at home, promising they won't keep the secret forever. Casey is disturbed but agrees, much to Margo's relief.


THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL

Brooke is horrified by Ridge's confession and blames Taylor for what happened. Brooke angrily confronts Taylor and accuses her of trying to steal Ridge by over-medicating him. Brooke realizes her relationship might be over. Jack, Bridget, Owen and Jackie have numerous, and comedic, near-misses with each other in Hawaii. Owen asks Jackie to marry him while they are on the island.


GUIDING LIGHT

Lillian gets instructions from Ed on how to treat someone with a rare terminal disease then is shocked that Phillip is the one she'll be treating. Phillip confides in Lillian that Ed thought she'd be the right person to trust and he doesn't want his family to know yet. Lizzie explains to Buzz that they're doing the wedding themselves and she needs to practice baking the cake. Lizzie, Ashlee, and Christina are covered in cake ingredients, while Buzz watches in amusement. The group gets into a flour fight. Lizzie admits to Phillip it is one of the best days she's ever had with him. Christina admits to everyone that she turned down Remy's proposal. Later, Phillip approaches his headstone and asks for the whole three months so he can try to understand what he's supposed to leave behind.

Alan wants James to meet with a small group of Spaulding shareholders and thinks it'd be a great opportunity for James to show up Phillip. James meets with the investors and is surprised to find that Daisy is his waitress. Daisy rubs it in that she'll be hanging out with the cute waiter and James watches her leave with Eric. James quickly finishes the meeting and grabs several beers on his way out. Alan is upset to learn that James has left the stockholders. James speeds along and finishes off a beer when he hears sirens. James takes a long drink of beer as the cop walks up and asks the cop if he did something wrong.

Blake asks if there's a possibility Natalia is pregnant but Natalia is in denial. Olivia thanks Frank for being there for Rafe and hopes that Rafe will learn not to be bitter about the future. Frank admits he still loves Natalia and doesn't know if Olivia is the right person for her. Emma asks Frank if he's coming to the BBQ but he's not sure. Frank calls Rick and says he doesn't want to be the only single guy at the barbecue if Natalia is there. Natalia secretly buys a pregnancy test once Olivia and Emma are gone. Olivia explains to Phillip that she wants them to get along so they can both be there for Emma as she grows up. Olivia admits to Phillip that she and Natalia are going to explain to Emma about them and then go to the Bauer BBQ together. Phillip says he doesn't have an issue with her relationship as long as Emma is happy and secure. Natalia and Emma unpack the groceries and Natalia heads to the bathroom with the pregnancy test. Natalia takes the test, holds the stick in her hand, and waits for the answer.
