Pranksters Turn Out For Free-For-All Media Day

PHOENIX (WBZ) ― The multi-ring circus known as Super Bowl Media Day took place Tuesday in the Valley of the Sun.

The event is when hundreds of inquisitive reporters meet players and coaches from both teams who, for the most part, would rather be on the practice field than answering questions.  The players answered questions from serious sports journalists to professional pranksters, with most sporting a good sense of humor.

One of the most memorable events that took place at the media frenzy event included a bride proposing to Tom Brady. Laurence Maroney told WBZ he wants to be a Hollywood star some day. And Bill Belichick revealed that his favorite movie is "Gone With The Wind."

While some questions were silly, the players kept smiles on their faces. They head back to work Wednesday in preparation for the Super Bowl.

The undefeated New England Patriots will face the New York Giants in Super Bowl 42 on Sunday in the same University of Phoenix Stadium where Tuesday's activities took place.
