Andy Wozniewski's tiebreaking goal in the third period lifted the Boston Bruins to a 3-2 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs on Wednesday night in an exhibition game.
Steve Begin and Brad Marchand also scored for Boston while Tyler Bozak and Viktor Stalberg tallied goals for Toronto.
The Maple Leafs kicked off a hectic preseason schedule playing nine games in 12 days.
Bozak gave the Maple Leafs a 1-0 lead in the first period before Boston answered with two power-play goals. Begin and Marchand each scored with a man-advantage in the second period.
Stalberg tied the game late in the second period before Wozniewski's game-winner.
