JK from Framingham is Curious why "Celtics" is pronounced with a soft "C" while in all other uses it's pronounced with a hard "C" like Celtic music and Celtics culture.

WBZ put the question to the Boston Celtics, and they simply said that was how Walter Brown wanted it pronounced when he founded the team in 1946.
