Brady Named AFC Offensive Player Of Month

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was named AFC Offensive Player of the Month Thursday.

The Pats were 3-1 in October, including a 59-0 rout of Tennessee and a 38-7 win over Tampa Bay in London.

In those four games, Brady completed 92 of 131 passes (70.2 percent) for 1,161 yards and 12 touchdowns. He had a 121.7 passer rating.

This is the third time Brady has been AFC Player of the Month.

He won the awards in September and October in 2007, the year he was the NFL's MVP.

Brady was the AFC's Offensive Player of the Week in weeks 1 and 6 this season.
