Papelbon Agrees To New Deal With Red Sox

BOSTON (WBZ) ― The Red Sox and closer Jonathan Papelbon have agreed to a one-year, $775,000 deal.

Papelbon made $425,000 last season and was looking for a raise to about $900,000. The Sox were originally offering $525,000.
