Former New England Patriots safety
Tebucky Jones has been granted probation on charges stemming from a fight at a Connecticut casino.

Prosecutors dropped the sexual assault charge Friday.
If Jones successfully completes one year of probation, the other two charges also will be dropped.
Jones' lawyer told the
Hartford Courant Jones was "very happy" with the outcome.
Jones, a New Britain High School and Syracuse standout, played for New England, New Orleans and Miami.
The Patriots released him in February 2007.
