(WBZ) Today our segments range from an actor's opinion of the media's distortion of images to our search for the best eye concealer. It's a show we call cover.

DEDE MYERS
We begin with a conversation about the Glass ceiling with political commentator and author DeDe Myers. Myers who was the white house's first female white house press secretary under President Bill Clinton hold that white house position talked with me about why she believes….Myer's book, timed quite well for this presidential campaign, is called Why Women Should rule the world.

THE POWER OF THE MEDIA
This presidential race has certainly stirred the debate about the power of media images on public perception. That was the subject of a recent conversation I had with actor and Boston native Bill Overton who has put together a pictorial chronicle on the subject.

SHOW THE WORLD A FRESH FACE
Let's face it, we are all concerned about our images whether in the media or in the mirror. There are a plethora of cosmetics out there. Just as important as buying it is how to correctly apply it. To help us put on our best Sunday face, we talked to Lev Glazman and Alina Roytberg, co founders of Fresh on Newbury Street in Boston,.

PINE MANOR
Boston is a veritable melting pot of educational opportunity. One of the factors that makes this area so special is the diversity of institutions. Occasionally Sunday highlights some of the area's most unique colleges and universities. Today we look at Pine Manor College in Chestnut Hill.

JUST THINKING
It's a good time to walk through the Arnold Arboretum …a little chilly, but gloriously alive. The birds call you to trees, their songs lilt high from branches waiting to exhale the first breathe of spring.
The silver maple is one of the tallest trees in the park, its open crown spreading in the sunlight, its thick furroughed trunk gripping boldy into the soil. How many storms has it endured, or bolts of lightening or strong winds? Its branches stretch upward holding fast to an unyielding energy. It appears exuberantly and mystically alive.
There are people like that. Survivors of turmoil, upheaval and storms, they stand - hard pressed but not crushed, bent but not broken, grounded and held firm by a mysterious rule that defies doubt and fear, their security intangible but as powerful as the sun, a life giving force of endless light.

SUNDAY IS PROUD TO PRESENT PROMISSA.
