GLAMOUR

This week's show we talk about GLAMOUR; how is it created and how it is maintained.  

Lori McKenna
Her latest CD, Unglamourous, is selling well after her Oprah appearance and her being discovered by Faith Hill.  Life has really changed for this Stoughton mother of five, who has known her husband since the third grade.  Is her life any more glamourous?  She tells us.    

Mom Makeover
Courtney is in the Scholars Program for One Family-- An organization that helps women rebuild their lives after escaping situations of domestic violence.  The Natick Collection stores treats the single working mom to a beauty makeover she won't forget.  We also talk to Toni Wiley, executive director of One Family about the work that they survivors and their families.    

What Makes Glamour? 
We talk Amanda Knorr, fashion editor of the Improper Bostonian about how glamour is defined, in Boston and other cities.  We also visit the upscale fashion boutique Tess and Carlos in Newton and talk to owner Tess Enright who demonstrates simple ways to make an outfit glamourous.
