Sherry's Pineapple, Yam & Marshmallow Treat
One of our favorite hand down recipes for Thanksgiving is so easy but delicious.
INGREDIENTS:
Canned pineapple slices
Canned candied yams or sweet potatoes
Bag of marshmallows
DIRECTIONS:
On a cookie sheet place drained pineapple slices.
Mash a couple of cans of candied yams or sweet potatoes, drained.
Put a good size scoop in the center of the pineapple slices.
Top the yams with a large marshmallow, slightly set in yam.
Bake at 350 until the marshmallow turns golden brown.
May need a fork to press slightly on marshmallow while baking.
Very delicious and loved!
