  A flashing blue light on the Hancock Tower in Boston means...

Correct Answer: b) clouds due.  

Steady blue means clear view, flashing blue- clouds due, steady red- rain ahead and flashing red- snow instead. If the light is flashing red in the summer, it means the Red Sox game is cancelled.
